Lawdy, lawdy, lawdy this is one delicious dish! Bread Pudding is arguably a dessert by nature, and this one is amazing with whip cream or sweet vanilla bean ice cream on top. That all said, I like to serve this up as a brunch dish. It's such a treat and great when paired with eggs, fresh fruit, and potatoes. Trust me when I say your family will be raving about it.
This is also one of those double duty recipes in that, when I inevitably let bread sit too long and wind up with a loaf of stale italian or french bread, this is my favorite way to use it up!
I hope you give this one a try! Let me know what you think.
Enjoy!

2 tbs butter, melted
1/4 c granulated sugar
1 tbs vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350
Place bread into an ungreased 2 qt baking dish

In a small bowl, combine eggs, milk, butter and vanilla - lightly beat / mix with a fork

Pour liquid over the bread mixture
