In addition to the cooler temps, beautiful New England leaves, and pumpkin spice everything, fall brings us a bevy of new ingredients to get creative with in the kitchen. In this post, we're going to reinvent your cocktail game with four delicious new fall-inspired libations that are perfect for your next get-together or a Tuesday night on the couch. We don't judge.
From spice to citrus, corn to apples, these choice cocktails will have you falling in love with fall, too. So pull up a stool and join us at the TINY bar. Cheers!

APPLE CIDER MIMOSA
A fall twist on a brunch fave (you all know I *heart* brunch), this drink is also perfect for a girl's night in.
Ingredients:
1 bottle of your favorite champagne or prosecco
1 cup spiced apple cider (chilled)
2 tbs granulated sugar
1 tbs ground cinnamon
Thin apple slices (optional)
Directions:
Set out your champagne flutes
On a small plate or saucer, combine your cinnamon and sugar
Wet the rim of each flute, and gently dip it upside down in your sugar & spice mix
Once flutes are sugared, fill each 1/4 of the way with cider
Top with champagne (flute should be about 2/3 - 3/4 full)
Add apple slice (optional)
Enjoy!

AUTUMN SMASH
A little extra drama for your next dinner party. This drink is equal parts beauty and taste. You'll need a shaker, strainer and muddler.
Ingredients:
2 oz. of your favorite vodka
1 and 1/2 oz. pure apple juice (get the good stuff)
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz maple syrup
1 fig
Thai basil leaves
Directions:
Slice your fig in half
Muddle 1/2 of the fig and a few leaves of your basil inside a shaker
Add remaining ingredients to the shaker
Add ice so your shaker is more than halfway full
Cover and shake up your cocktail
Strain into a rocks glass, over fresh ice
Garnish with a few basil leaves and the remaining half of fig

PUMPKIN PIE MARTINI
This cocktail doubles as dessert. It's deliciously boozy pie in a glass. You're welcome.
Ingredients:
2 oz Pumpkin Spice vodka
1 oz of your favorite dark rum
½ oz half and half
2 tbs pumpkin puree
1 oz real maple syrup
¼ tsp vanilla
Rim:
real maple syrup
1 graham cracker
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbs granulated sugar
Garnish:
nutmeg
cinnamon stick
Directions:
Prep the rim goodness:
Crush graham cracker in a ziploc bag or food processor until its fine like sugar
Combine graham cracker with cinnamon and sugar on a small plate
Wet the rim of your martini glass with maple syrup, roll in the graham cracker & sugar mix
Make the drink:
Add all cocktail ingredients to a martini shaker
Fill shaker with ice
Cover, and shake vigorously
Strain cocktail into the prepared martini glass
Garnish with cinnamon stick and nutmeg

MAPLE BOURBON OLD-FASHIONED
The classic gets dressed for fall. Perfect for that first fire of the season.
Ingredients:
2 oz of your favorite bourbon
2 tsp real maple syrup
1 tsp water
1 dash bitters
1 maraschino cherry
1 orange peel
1 cinnamon stick
Directions:
Combine your maple syrup, bitters and water in a rocks glass and stir together
Add a few cubes of ice and your orange peel
Pour the bourbon over the top of the ice
Add your cherry (or two!)
Add cinnamon stick, swirl and serve
