TINY Kitchen Grilled Ahi with Fruit Salsa
My new favorite treat for grilling season: delicious Ahi tuna steaks with a super yummy fruit salsa. It's a healthy, light and tasty treat that you can whip up in no time, giving you more time to enjoy your summer celebrations or a good cocktail in the sunshine.

INGREDIENTS
1 Ahi Tuna Steak Per Person
Olive oil
Sea Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes
Fruit Salsa (enough for 4 people + extra)
- 1/2 an avocado, diced
- 4 large strawberries, diced
- 3 green onions, diced
- 1/2 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 tbs chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tbs chopped parsley
RECIPE
Lightly coat each Ahi steak in olive oil, and sprinkle with a little bit of sea salt and pepper
Let tuna steaks sit out at room temperature for 15 minutes
Place on hot grill, and cook over medium heat, doing a quarter-turn ever minute and a half
Do not overcook
While cooking, combine all of your diced fruit into a bowl
Add your cilantro and parsley
Drizzle olive oil over fruit, and sprinkle lightly with red pepper flakes
Stir to combine
Top each steak with a heaping spoonful of salsa and enjoy
