TINY Kitchen BEST Buffalo Chicken Dip. Ever. Seriously.



Guys. You know when you make something on a whim and don't keep track of how you're doing it, and then the recipe turns out so freakin' good that everyone wants the recipe and you go into a panic because you honestly have no recollection as to how you made it the first time?

This is that recipe. I made it, and then had to make it and document it to share. The photo? This sh*t doesn't stay around long enough to get a good picture. I'll work on that, I promise.

This dip is ridiculous. It's so good, you will want to eat it with a fork. In a bowl. The entire bowl with a fork. I am not exaggerating.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

8oz cream cheese

3 scallions (green onions) diced

1 cup Frank's Buffalo Sauce

Shredded Chicken (I boiled 2 - 3 breasts and shredded them)

1/4 blue cheese crumbles (or you can use blue cheese dressing if that's easier)

1/2 cup ranch dressing

salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Add everything to the crockpot, cook it up on high for 1.5 hours, or low for 3-4.
