The Art of the Faux Dessert: TINY Kitchen Chocolate Coconut Yogurt
As many of you know, I've been working so hard to eat clean and raw as much as possible for the past several weeks. The one craving I'm having the hardest time managing is the post-dinner, cuddled up on couch, watching our favorite show and I probably need something sweet or I'm going to die moment -- it just nags at me nightly. I literally have dreamt of ice cream cones, stared at images of cake on Pinterest and checked my baking cabinet just to see if I have enough ingedients to whip up something (anything). It's rather sad.
But I can't let a craving sink my super-healthy-for-the-moment ship, right? RIGHT. So, it's time to get creative in this here tiny kitchen.
Tonight I created a dessert that didn't leave me feeling guilty or yearning for more, and filled me up with healthy nutrients and anti-oxidants. I'll be repeating and tweaking this one in the weeks to come! Hope you enjoy!
