TINY Kitchen Roasted Parmesan Garlic Cauliflower
Easy, cheap and fun (hold your jokes, people) - this is a quick side dish guaranteed to please any audience, even those who aren't big cauliflower fans. You can mix this recipe up by adding whatever Italian seasonings you like, as this is an easy dish to build flavor on. I paired ours with an oven roasted chicken and spinach salad for a lovely evening meal with family and friends. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
1 head of cauliflower, cut into small florets
3/4 cup grated parmesan
2 tbs olive or coconut oil
2 tbs minced garlic
1 tsp oregano
salt and pepper
fresh parsley
DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 400-degrees
In a large mixing bowl combine your cauliflower, garlic, and olive oil
Gently toss to coat
Sprinkle with parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper
Toss again until cauliflower is evenly coated
Spread mixture evenly across a rimmed baking sheet, giving your cauliflower pieces room to breathe (my #1 tip for better roasted veggies(
Bake, on bottom rack, for 30-minutes (until lightly browned
Remove from oven, and sprinkle with fresh parsley
